What a match means

Satellite access can place network gateways far from the end user. Country and city assignments remain network-level estimates.

Matching rule: is_satellite = true
Report-only field: is_satelliteCSV classification; absent from the public API response.

Classifications can overlap and use a fixed data release. Membership can change after collection; a non-match is not a safety verdict.
